Peru Travel Club, is a Peruvian Information Center having as main objective, in providing reliable and helpful travel information for travellers, that are wishing to visit Peru for archaeological tours, backpacking, trekking, beach holidays, bird watching, flower watching and tailor made trips.
Our Club has a Joint Venture Partner, which we have been working in the last years, a new way of traveling, the Personalized Experiential Tours. These programs are for persons that want to travel alone on a off road route, but they would like to participate closer to the local people and travel more secure, having personal assistance of a professional trip leader and guide, that speaks perfect English and knows well the area.

Caral, constructed 5,000 years ago in this desert plateau, is the symbol of the political power and religious of the first state in Peru. It is believed that this design separated the social classes, the old from the new which is the Andean pattern of duality and division of spaces (Hanan and Hurin). Its located North of Lima, in this very fertile valley of Caral. Its altitude is 400 meters above sea level and the climate is warm and dry, most of the year. In summer (January to March) is very hot.If you are looking for a new destination to visit and have a full day this is the one. We will make this trip be an unforgettable experience for you.

CASMA TOUR

Located in the coast of Ancash, is this valley that has these two archaeological sites SECHIN and CHANQUILLO. Testimony of two pre-Inca cultures.
Sechin, known as the great warriors of the Casma Valley and its Mural Art of sculptures, on stone, makes it unique. Chanquillo, the oldest solar observatory in America, with the Pillars of the Sun, that according to the archaeologist Ivan Ghezzi, the movement of the Sun during the whole year coincides with one of the 13 Pillars, been able to define the solstices and equinoxes. A new destination to visit.

MARKAWASI TOUR OR CAMPING

Markawasi is the main Esoteric Center of Peru, located near by Lima, a few hours away in the foothills of the Andes. Is one of the few unknown places in the world with special energy. Its altitude is aprox. 4,100 meters above sea level and between April and October is quite dry and warm; from November to March, the fog and rain makes it look very mystic. Also the formation of rock figures, the air and environment, gives you the feel of peace and at the same time you receive this energy that emerges from this Sacred Mountain.
This trip is done in two modalities: Backpacker (Tour), local transportation and Comfort (Camping), private transportation. Tour: 02 Overnights are in a Basic Hostal and Camping 01 night in a Basic Hostal. The meals on the Backpacker are on your own and in Camping, meals are included in the Campsite. Also you will have the assistance of a trip Leader, all the time.

NORTH PERU TOUR

North Peru Archaeological Wonders is a program that lets you see an itinerary of the pre-Incas Cultures that were located in the North Coast and North Central part of the Andes. Such as Caral (2,600 BC); the Sechin Culture (1,500 BC); the Chavin (1,700 BC), which is considered the Mother Culture of the Andean Civilization; the Chimus (1,000 AC) and the Mochicas (200 AC), located in the area of Trujillo. All these great cultures, enclose the beginning of the Peruvian history, that starts from the Pre-Ceramic to the most developed cultures in the Northern part of Peru.
The trip is done using local buses, taxis, colectivos (shared taxi) and moto taxis. The accommodation are in 3 Star Hostels and the meals are on your own. Also you will have the assistance of a Trip Leader, all the time.
